Abstract

Logical framework analysis LFA is an analytical tool, objective-oriented project planning and management, described by originators: for set of interlocking concepts which must be used together in a dynamic fashion to permit the elaboration of a well-designed, described, and objectively evaluable project.

Description

Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) enhances clarity, planning, and coordination in project design. It emphasizes objectives, assumptions, and measurable indicators. While it improves communication and evaluation, it can be rigid and lacks policy sensitivity. Network analysis complements LFA for timeline control using ES, EF, LS, LF, and critical path methods.
