Abstract
In this brief, note based on our experiences in examining these documents, debating and discussing them in several forums, the issues raised by many independent educationists, researchers and non-governmental organisations have been briefly outlined.
Description
"Education For All," highlighting the dominance of Northern agencies in setting the agenda. It emphasizes the need for people-centric, politically committed, and gender-just education systems rather than technocratic fixes. The critique underscores the marginalization of the poor, women, and indigenous communities in the global planning process. It warns against new forms of educational colonization through externally controlled funding and frameworks.
